On occasion it may be necessary to cancel a flight, we will attempt to notify you if such a cancellation occurs, using the email address that you provide. It is therefore, essential that you inform us of any change to your contact details. We are constantly examining our schedule and will let you know of any cancellations as soon as possible. We will of course offer you an alternative flight, where possible. However, if the alternative flight offer is not suitable then a full refund will be given on application, including all fees. Please note that in the event of a cancellation resulting from a factor outside our control (i.e. bad weather) we will offer a credit towards future travel, rather than a refund.
